The BuildingIn the Summer of 2005 Laurelwood owners Mike DeKalb and Cathy Woo-DeKalb bought the former Sylvia's Restaurant and Dinner Theater. The goal has always been to own their own building and this seemed like the perfect fit. Laurelwood could stay in the same neighbor (just 12 blocks away) and still expand its brewery operations in a building owned by the company.
The drawings for the new restaurant and brewery are nearly complete. We hope to have them posted here soon.
